Zinnat 250 mg contains cefuroxime which is a broad spectrum antibiotic thus active against a wide range of bacteria. Zinnat is indicated for the treatment of throat, sinus, ear infections, lung and chest infections, urine infection, skin and tissue infection.

Zithromax suspension contains Azithromycin 200 mg/5ml which is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used in bacterial infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and soft tissues, and lungs (pneumonia). Zithromax is an antibiotic that works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.
